The company held a total of 38,2923 employees by the close of the financial year 2014, with 28,276 of the employees being employed full time, while 10,016 operated as part time employees. The company holds a considerable value of assets, both in its operating assets such as the machineries and equipment, as well as the stock of minerals in the various mines that the company has explored.
